When I started this blog I found that it was a great way for me to share my experiences and stories with others, hopefully helping them to make changes in their own lives along the way. Over the past few years Family Strength has, if you’ll pardon the pun, gone from strength to strength. The site now enjoys an audience of thousands of people every month and my focus now is on providing those people with a regular stream of quality content and advice.

Hopefully that’s where you come in. By getting in touch you open the door to possibly writing for my website.

I encourage the community at Family Strength to write for my website for many reasons. Here are a few.

Working Together With Me

One of my strongest philosophies in life is that working together can help us all to achieve our goals. My family and the Family Strength community has pushed me to try new things and I believe that if you contribute to my blog I can help you to do the same.

By writing for Family Strength you have the opportunity to work directly with me, meaning I can provide advice on everything from how to adapt your writing style to appeal to a large audience, through to how you can go about developing a similar audience for your own blog. By working together we can help the Family Strength audience, plus I believe that I can help you directly.

You Have Something to Say

Are you a single parent who has managed to overcome every single obstacle thrown in your way? Has your child achieved something remarkable? Have you experienced something out of the ordinary that has affected your life? Or do you just have a story to tell that you believe the community will find interesting?

Whatever the case, I want to encourage you to submit a guest post to my blog. Everything that you have experienced in life has value and you can pass this on to a larger audience than you may have thought possible before. With so many new parents coming into the world every day, what you have to share may be able to give somebody else a great start in raising a family.

It’s Rewarding

Over the years Family Strength has built a strong community. Right now the site enjoys 14,000 unique visits every single month, plus there are thousands of people who come back regularly to find out more about my life, those of my contributors and the advice that we have to offer.

If you write and publish your post here you will get some remarkable feedback from our community. Some of the most amazing feelings I have experienced since starting this site came from emails and messages from people in the Family Strength community who told me just how much my words had affected their outlooks and what they are doing in their own lives. If you write for my website, you will experience those same rewards.

Gaining Experience

Another important thing to note about Family Strength’s blog is that you don’t need to have written before to be considered as a guest contributor. I listen to everybody who gets in touch and I help people to craft blog posts that can engage our audience.

This means that you can build usable experience that is relevant to many other areas of life. You may wish to start your own blog, or perhaps you want to build your skillset so you can explore other career options. Whatever the case, Family Strength can help you to gain experience.
